CAR DESIGN RULES:
The 2021 F1 season was set to introduce all-new technical regulations aimed
at reducing cars dependence on clear air, but due to COVID-19 the new cars
will be pushed back to 2022 and 2020 chassis will be used in 2021.
There are some small aerodyanmic changes meant to reduce downforce.
