Carlin Team Updates:  Pat O'Ward joined the Red Bull Junior team and took off in July to race in Japan.  Max Chilton decided oval
tracks were not for him and would only race on road and street courses after May.  This opened up the door for some other drivers:
Sage Karam raced in Toronto and Iowa.
Conor Daly raced at Texas, Iowa, Pocono and St Louis.  (Daly also raced for Andretti Motorsports at Laguna Seca and Indy.)
RC Enerson  raced at Mid-Ohio
