There are no new venues.
I think the most noteworthy change to the schedule is that the Bahrain and Saudi Arabia races
move down to April due to Ramadan, while Australia and China move up to March.
Hungary and Belgium have swapped round, with Hungary moving back to its traditional slot as
the final race before the four-week summer break.
That double header follows a new extended break in July, with three weeks between the British
Grand Prix at Silverstone and Belgium.
The two-week mandatory factory closure for teams which is enforced by the regulations remains
in August, between Hungary and the Netherlands.
The extended breaks we have this year in October and November have disappeared, with the run
of races from Azerbaijan in September through to Abu Dhabi in December spaced out more evenly.
The only night race in 2025 will be in Las Vegas.
There will again be six Sprints held in 2025, with Shanghai, Miami, Spa, Austin, Sao Paulo and
Qatar all hosting Sprints. Pre-season testing will again take place in Bahrain, on February 26-28.
WHERE TO WATCH
All practices, qualifying and races are broadcast live on one of the ESPN channels in the USA.
The races are broadcast again at a later time as well.
F1 offers two streaming subscription packages for those without ESPN, or who desire live timing data:
* F1 TV PRO is $80/year or $10/month (as of 2023.)
* F1 TV ACCESS is $27/year or $3/month, Sucks, Barely provides any access

All teams must turn over a car to a junior driver during four practice 1 sessions in F1 2025.
Only two sessions were required in 2024.
Article 32.3 - “On one occasion during the Championship, for each car entered for the
Championship, each Competitor must use a driver who has not participated in more than
two Championship races in their career,” states the rule.
