Scott Dixon performed the first on-car tests of a aeroscreen shield that might one day be used on IndyCars to help protect drivers.

No times released as this was some kind of private team testing.
Note: Robert Wickens deserved to win this race. With 2 laps
to go, he was leading. He was punted into the wall during a
restart at the first turn by Alex Rossi.
Testing at Indianapolis in late March had to be postponed to April 30-May 2 due to weather.
Fans can watch testing for free from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. from the Turn 2 viewing mounds, Museum
parking lot and South Terrace Grandstands.
