Fall Fest with football and a fun parade downtown.  
This is another big African-American event in Indy.
On Indy's far southside at the German Klub, Thurs-Sunday.
Carnival,vendors, German beer and food,  music (both German
and rock bands) and dancing.   This event has been going on for
over 33 years.
At the convention center downtown.
For 17 days every 4 years, the best rising violinist converge on
Indianapolis.  Next: 2018.

Indianapolis has a storied jazz past, but you will get more than
jazz at this big outdoor multi-day festival.  Top blues and r&b
artists perform too.   The Indy Jazz Fest began in 1999.  
Held in July, it attracts over 100,000 people to  White River
State Park's Military Park in downtown Indianapolis.
One of the largest fairs in the nation.  It was established back
in 1852 to showcase agriculture, education and the youth of
our State.  They now allow beer sales.  Concerts too.

The oldest and largest craft beer festival in Indiana.
The festival hosts 100 breweries serving 500 beers. Several
food trucks and vendors will be available.  $40-$60

A wine and beer festival that benefits the Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation. The event is a relaxed yet lively
evening featuring more than 100 great wines, over
100 micro-brews and fabulous food offered by an
array of top-notch restaurants.  The event will also
have live music and a full silent auction.

Indy Repeal Party
In the catacombs below the city market

The premier beverage industry party is now open to the
public.  Dress in 1930's era dress, enjoy specialty
cocktails and celebrate the 21st Amendment.
Feature exhibits from the 50+ ethnic groups represented in
Central Indiana. Includes authentic foods, music and ance at
the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

Foodies look forward to this gourmet afternoon, spotlighting
nearly 80 farm-to-fork favorites from more than 40 Hoosier
chefs. Ten wineries and 18 breweries will hand out samples
and sell beverages by the glass. Local musicians provide the
background music, while chefs demonstrate cooking
techniques at a demonstration stage.

West Pavilion of the Indiana State
Fairgrounds.
You get a glass when you enter that holds a 3-oz. pour.  No
limit on beer you sample.  Try from hundreds of beers from
101 Indiana breweries and guests.  $40 tickets support the
Brewers of Indiana Guild and Joy's House.
On the far south side of Indy, there will be local breweries,
local German food and music!   $5 for those 21 and over.
