Pacheco is a citizen of Honduras and detectives believe
he may be trying to leave the U.S.

Two men in their late teens who knew each other were
inside the restaurant when they began arguing. Then
one of them produced a gun and shot the other 11
times. The victim died at the hospital.
Ryle was apprehended at the scene, waiting in his car.
He claimed it was self-defense, but survellance video
shows no physical confrontation, so prosecutors are
still charging murder.

Suspect is ex-boyfriend who was abusive and stalking
her. Recently released from jail, he was angry she was
pregnant from her new relationship.
He kidnapped her at gunpoint, she told her friends who
were present he was going to kill her, yet they did not
call police.

two counts of murder.

Police think Vivas fired into Anderson's car while
traveling on the highway, striking him in the head killing
him.  Then their cars collided.  At first, police thought
Anderson died due to the accident.
I could find no record of his arrest for this, but a month
later Garrido-Vivas was arrested for 3 counts of Child
Exploitation.

Police found 3 people shot. 2 were dead at the scene.
A female shooter stayed on scene and was arrested.
She confessed to shooting her boyfriend after an
argument.  She said he tried to run away and she
mistakenly thought he'd gone into his mother's room.
She fired the gun in there until it was empty, then
discovered she'd shot Deborah Cooper, who had been
lying in bed with the infant.  The infant was dead and
Cooper was shot in the wrist.
02/24/2020 - Sanders is charged as an adult. He faces two counts of murder,
dangerous possession of a firearm and carrying a handgun without a license.

3/11/2020 - Sanders plea agreement - 2 counts of murder with gun violations dismissed.  
Sentenced to 45 years for each murder, to run concurrantly.

Original Charges: 2 counts of Murder, 1 count of Attempted Murder Attempted Intentional killing of another.
New Charges: Voluntary Maslaughter, inoluntary Maslaughter, Criminal Recklessness
