A LITTLE HISTORY....
20" bikes are the standard BMX bike and was the original BMX bike.
Back in the 60's Schwinn created the Sting-Ray, a 20" bike primarily for 6-12 year-olds.
It was wildly popular.
Then, in the 70s, some California kids ditched the banana seat and coaster brake and
began riding in the dirt like they saw in Motocross. This new style swept the nation and
eventually the world.
While having a small light bike is good in many situations, as riders got bigger and older
some preferred a larger bike that fit their size better. The 24" and 26" BMX cruisers were
born about 1980. Also, smaller BMX bikes were created to accommodate young tykes.
In 2008, British bike company Faction created a BMX bike for 22" wheels and have
continued to make 22" bikes as of this writing. There is some controversy about this size
racing in the 20" class. [See Rules in side panel.]
A newer size came about called the OS20. It is slightly larger than 20" and supposedly
can be raced in the 20" class.
Note: The sizes of the frame and fork are usually different for each size of wheel.

X. Apparel and Equipment (Bicycle)
B. Equipment (Bicycle)
3. Bicycles for competition in the Intermediate / Expert / Expert Girl / Pro classes must be equipped with wheels
having a total diameter, inflated tires included, less than or equal to 22 1/2” (57 cm).
4. Bicycles for competition in the Cruiser / Girl Cruiser shall have wheels where the total diameter of the inflated
tires included shall measure more than 22 1/2” (57 cm).
5. Riders competing in the Novice class may ride a class or cruiser style bicycle.
6. Multi-speed MTB style bicycles are acceptable for competition based on the wheel diameter of the bicycle.
The glossary identifies a Cruiser as any bicycle in which the diameter of the inflated wheels is more than 22½ “.

I came across various companies that have made 22" bikes, frames and forks who now do not or are out of business. They are not included on this web page.
In addition, there are custom bike builders who can make you a 22" frame. They are not listed on this web page either.
