The BC39 Driven To Save Lives race is named in honor of Bryan Clausen, a USAC dirt-track driver that
rose to race in three Indy 500 races. The race attracts around 100 drivers, including some Nascar and
IndyCar drivers. The race is held a few days before or after the Nascar Cup race at IMS.
A 1/4 mile clay oval track was created in the 3rd turn infield of the famous 2.5-mile Indy oval track
and racing began in 2018.
