NEW CAR DESIGN RULES
The halo is being strengthened.
Larger rearview mirrors.
Ride height and diffusers adjusted to eliminate the porpoising phenomenon.
Minimum car weight is being reduced by 2kg, to 796kg.
The number of Sprint qualifying weekends have increased from 3 to 6.
A new qualifying format will be tested at two events - Cars will use hard tires
for Q1, medium tires for Q2 and soft tires for Q3.
